Fees

It is the goal of the Xibus World Orchestra to provide a once-in-a-lifetime experience for students at a price that they can afford. Therefore, Five Full Schoarlships will be awarded in 2012. For those seeking assitance in raising funds, Xibus World Orchestra provides fundraising opportunities that may allow students to raise 100% of the funds to attend this event. Students attending the Xibus World Orchestra will be provided with an all-inclusive 5-day travel, lodging, and performance package for a total of $300 + $50 registration fee. If you are providing your transportation/lodgining, you may deduct $50 from your event fee. If you are providing you transportation/lodging, and are able to host another student(s) in your home, you may deduct $150 from your event fee (please contact us if you are able to host and we will send you a special promo code). Lastly, if 15 or more students from your school are accepted into the Xibus World Orchestra, your total event fee is reduced to only $175! TRANSPORTATION

Transportation by carpool on Wednesday, April 11, 2012 from your school to Boston, MA
Bus/Van transportation to all rehearsals, concerts, recordings, sight-seeing trips while in Boston.
Transportation by carpool on Sunday, April 15, 2012 from Boston, MA to your school

MEALS

Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner on April 12-14 (Thurs-Sat)

LODGING

Housing will be provided by host families from April 11-15 (*Hotel accommodations are available for an extra fee)

SIGHT-SEEING

2 sight-seeing trips will be provided. Activities may include: College Tours, Duck Tour, Fenway Park, New England Aquarium, Museum of Science.

FEES

A $50 non-refundable registration fee is due after you have been accepted into the program. This fee is due by March 31, 2012.
The final event fee is due by April 4, 2012.
An optional $120 hotel fee is due by April 4, 2012 to students who wish to stay in a hotel room.
