How to Bring Xibus to Your School
Yes, it’s true, this program is free! And yes, that means it costs you absolutely nothing. Sound too good to be true?
Our requirements are as follows:
1. Provide housing for our musicians/staff during the duration of our stay. We actually prefer to stay with host families, but hotels are fine as well.
2. Secure a concert venue for the performance, and adequate classroom space for rehearsals and workshops.
3. Advertise the concert to your school and community. We charge an admission to the concert, and this is how we are able to recoup our expense costs.
If you are agreeable to the aforementioned, items, contact us by phone or by email. To finalize an agreement with your school, we require a signed contract from your school prinicipal or administrator.
